Websites / Green Pipe Plumbing

A website built to ring the phone.

A conversion-focused site for Green Pipe Plumbing — a Kerrville, TX shop run by Responsible Master Plumber Daniel Tiemann. Designed for a homeowner standing in an inch of water, not for a design award.

The problem

Great trucks, leaky funnel.

Green Pipe Plumbing had demand and a strong local reputation. What it didn't have was a place to send that demand where the next step was obvious.

  • Search traffic landed on a page where Daniel's number wasn't the obvious next step.
  • Homeowners couldn't tell what was actually wrong, so they hesitated instead of calling.
  • License, tenure, and service area were buried, leaving the trust questions unanswered up front.
  • Nothing on the page was built for a phone held one-handed in a flooding utility room.

The build

Mobile first, because emergencies are.

The moves

Three decisions that did the work.

Call-first hero

Tap-to-call on (830) 581-0851 and Master License M-44651 sit above the fold, so a customer with water on the floor can act in one thumb tap.

Owner-operator trust

Responsible Master Plumber Daniel Tiemann, licensed since 2008, satisfaction guaranteed on every job — the exact objections a homeowner has before calling a stranger.

Symptom-led entry point

The 'play plumber for a second' diagnoser: tap a symptom, get the likely cause, then call. It qualifies the lead before the phone rings.
